Seiya Tsutsumi

Seiya Tsutsumi is a Japanese bantamweight who rose from domestic tournament success to capturing and defending world-level silverware, establishing himself as a leading figure in Japan’s 118-pound ranks. Known in the ring as “CYCLONE,” Tsutsumi fights primarily from an orthodox stance and is frequently described in press reports as capable of switching stances. He stands 166 cm tall with a listed reach of 164 cm (minor source variation exists). His professional record stands at 13-0-3 with 8 stoppage wins. Tsutsumi began his pro career in 2018, opening with early knockouts including a first-round referee count-out in Tokyo and a stoppage in Bangkok.
